WebJust want to let you know that how you're feeling is valid. PCOS sucks! I felt similar when i first got diagnosed. But there are lots of things you can do to manage PCOS symptoms. As other people have said, PCOS is normally caused by insulin resistance so cleaning up your diet and adding in more exercise can help!
