The Xbox display settings are fine. It is set to 4K UHD and 60hz and the Xbox settings confirm that my TV supports 4K UHD gaming and HDR 10 etc.

TXAA or TAA, whichever the game is using can make it look blurry. best example to this is mafia 3 usually TXAA is being used because its way lighter on performance than MSAA and can make look hairs better, like in wolfenstein the new colossus (where hair looks like some strange grid without txaa)
