WebIf it’s seasonal post nasal drip I’d recommend taking allergy meds the second you notice the symptoms and take them for as short as you can until the symptoms die down. I had to take xyzal like 7 -10 days in the fall, and 7 - 10 days in spring. If it’s year round post nasal drip, maybe take my doctors advice and take allergy meds everyday?
